Ryedale Youth Theatre will perform Cats at the Milton Rooms, Malton

REHEARSALS are well under way for the cast members of Ryedale Youth Theatre ahead of their latest production.

They will put their own unique stamp on Cats which is based on TS Eliot’s Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats and features music by Andrew Lloyd Webber at the Milton Rooms, Malton, in April.

Ryedale Youth Theatre was formed in association with Kirkham Henry Performing Arts Centre in 1991 and has included Footloose, Me & My Girl, among many others.

Cats will run from Wednesday April 3, to Saturday April 6, and includes 7.15pm performances and 2pm matinees on Thursday and Saturday.

Tickets are available from Malton Tourist Information Centre at Malton Library.
