DALBY Bike Barn is launching a new programme of courses, run by national cycling charity CTC, to include skills instruction days in trail riding, outdoor first aid, bike maintenance and mountain bike or road ride leader training.

Social night rides take place every Tuesday.

On Tuesday, riders can try out the latest Gloworm ultralight mountain bike lights for free when pre-booked. Call Sophie on 01751 460049 to reserve a set.

Mercury readers can get 10 per cent off all rides and courses during half term. Quote the code MER10F when booking.
