A NORTH Yorkshire aristocrat has excluded his eldest son from his multi-million pound will, new High Court documents have revealed.
Lord Feversham, of Duncombe Park, near Helmsley, died a year ago at 64 but his £46 million bequests will be given to his widow and three other children. The eldest, Jaspar, 41, who lives in London, runs pornographic companies.

He was jailed for attempted robbery in 1993 after trying to hold up a shop while wearing a false moustache and high on cocaine.

Duncombe Park was restored by Lord Feversham in the 1980s, and the 14,000 acre stately home is occupied by Lady Feversham and second eldest son Jake, 37.
