IMPROVE your fitness when a new bootcamp launches next month.

Community Leisure Limited (CLL) are running the two-week taster class at Lady Lumley’s School, Pickering, from Monday, November 12.

Designed for those people who have may be too busy to exercise in the evenings, the bootcamps will feature a maximum of 15 people and are designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Fitness co-ordinator Peter Nelson decided to introduce the class after enquiries from gym members in Norton and Pickering.

“Boot camps are great for overall fitness and conditioning, ideal for those looking for something new and are suitable for beginners through to advanced conditioning,” he said. “There will be a nutrition and exercise plan included to help with progression and goal setting.”

The boot camps will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6.15am to 7am.

Following the two week taster session, Peter will then look to re-introduce the Bootcamps in the new year.

The sessions will be free for CLL members.

Anyone interested in taking part is asked to contact (01751) 476726 or email feedback@communityleisure.org
