MasterChef finalist Sara Danesin Medio is on her way to Ryedale to share some Dinner Party Dishes next month.
The Italian themed cookery demonstration will take place at Country Warmth, Parliament Street, Norton.
“This will be Sara’s second visit to our cookery school and we are thrilled to announce her return,” said Michael Ashby-Arnold, of Country Warmth. “Guests are in for a real treat as they will get to watch Sara demonstrate how to cook a selection of Italian dinner party dishes on the AGA.”
Born in Italy, Sara specialises in contemporary Italian cooking.
She said: “I combine my rich heritage with the principles of fine dining to make modern, stylish cuisine.
“My ethos as a chef is simplicity: my MasterChef final dishes all had a handful of ingredients.
“It is not gadgets and knives, but a few high quality ingredients that are the real tools of a chef and the most important elements of any great meal.”
Sara added: “Fine dining isn’t just for restaurants and dining clubs. I am passionate about sharing my love for food with others to help develop knowledge and improve techniques.”
Sara will be appearing at Country Warmth on Thursday February 13.
