Around 50 people will push themselves to the limit on Thursday and Friday in support of Cancer
Research UK.

Peter Nelson, owner of Peter Nelson Fitness, is challenging his clients to take part in a strength and
endurance test which will see them race against the clock to complete as many press ups, squats, burpees and other exercises as
possible.

The challenge will take place tomorrow at Kirkbymoorside Memorial Hall at 6.15am to 7am and
Pickering Junior School, 6pm to 6.45pm, and on Friday at Pickering Memorial Hall, from 6.15am to
7am.

The best performers over the two days can also pick up prizes including fitness class passes, shopping vouchers, a “free” month of Bootcamp with Peter, and a bottle of bubbly.

Peter, who launched Peter Nelson Fitness last year, is now hoping to hold similar fundraisers every three months.

He said: “It should be a gruelling challenge - they will definitely earn their sponsorship money!

“There has been a lot of banter flying about and everyone seems to quite
excited about it.”
