The following have been submitted to Ryedale District Council:

ALLERSTON – erection of detached carport and log store for domestic use (part retrospective application) at Village Farm, Main Street, for Scott Wilkin.

SCAMPSTON – Listed Building Consent for external and internal alterations to include restoration of ice-house entrance, installation of iron gate to passage entrance and installation of iron rail to internal viewing platform at Icehouse At Scampston Hall, Scampston Park, for Christopher Legard; Listed Building Consent for installation of glazed semi-circular windows and door with glazed fanlight over to front elevation at Field Building, Scampston Park, for Christopher Legard.

THORNTON-LE-DALE – Listed Building Consent for internal alterations to include enlargement of opening between kitchen and adjacent room to form kitchen/breakfast room, reinstatement of doorway instead of archway between kitchen and utility room and amalgamation of two first floor bedrooms to form one bedroom with ensuite at Summer Tree Farm, Thornton Lane, High Marishes, for Robert Hayne; change of use, alteration and extension of barn to form a two bedroom holiday letting unit with parking to include partial demolition and rebuilding at Derwent House Farm, Marishes Lane, Low Marishes, for Mr & Mrs S Webster.

WELBURN (KIRKBYMOORSIDE) – erection of single storey extension to east elevation at Hulver Bank, Starfits Lane, Fadmoor, for Mr & Mrs Hardaker.
