Friends and family of Arthur Croft turned out in force to celebrate his life during a Tractor Road Run around the Yorkshire Wolds and Valley.

Eighty-four tractors took to the road for the event in memory of the vintage tractor and ploughing enthusist from Duggleby on Sunday May 25.

It was the third – and by far the most popular – Tractor Road Run organised by Arthur’s nephew Paul Hudson (pictured) who decided to dedicate the day to his beloved uncle after he died from cancer last year.

He now hopes to hand over £3,000 to Macmillan Cancer Support in the coming weeks.
