Ryedale School's Year Nine boys basketball team were victorious in the Ryedale Whitby School Sport Partnership tournament.
Ryedale beat Lady Lumley's 16-10, Caedmon 24-8, Norton College 20-12, and only lost narrowly to Malton 9-8.
Ryedale finished as the overall winners and now go forward along with Lady Lumley's who finished as runners-up to play the winners and runners-up from the Scarborough Schools Sport Partnership tournament in the Scarborough and District basketball final.
The Ryedale Year 11 boys basketball team had a comprehensive win in their match away to Norton College 46-20.
