Kirkby aces net title

Malton Community Sports Centre hosted this year’s annual Ryedale & Whitby Key Stage Two Basketball Competition, which was won by Kirkbymoorside.

Teams from Fylingdales, Pickering Juniors, Malton, Langton and Kirkby represented their areas as a result of winning their cluster competitions.

The event saw teams play in a round-robin format, each playing four games.

Sports Leaders from Malton School officiated the event and the competition was organised though the Sports Partnership.
