Thousands of music lovers descended on Duncombe Park in Helmsley this Bank Holiday Weekend for the 10th birthday celebrations of Galtres Parklands Festival.
Revellers enjoyed performances from a number of chart-topping and critically acclaimed artists, including The Human League, The Levellers, Morcheeba, Tricky, Bellowhead and Foy Vance.
Now in its second year at the Duncombe Park site, it featured more than 100 live performances during its three days.
The family friendly event also featured activities for all ages on the seaside-themed Galleon Stage while beer and cider lovers took to the Firkin Tent where a wide selection of locally made drinks were on offer.
Festival director James Houston said: “It’s been another incredible year for Galtres Parklands Festival, and we’d like to extend our warmest thanks to the festival-goers who’ve made it so.
“Whether they’ve been singing along to the bands, mulling over flavour notes in the beer tents or getting involved in our seaside-themed family activities, the people who’ve supported this festival – old friends and newcomers alike – have made the weekend a roaring success.
“We’ve seen some incredible performances, we’ve had the best times, and now we’re going to hibernate for a while!”
