Scarborough RUFC bounce back with bonus-point win against West Hartlepool
Scarborough made the ideal start, as a quick tap and go saw Jordan Wakeham score a try in the corner on seven minutes, Tom Ratcliffe missing the conversion.
The hosts doubled their lead to 10-0 four minutes later, Komiti Tuilagi picking the ball up inside his 22 and running the whole length of the pitch to score. Ratcliffe missed the kick again.

Hide AdWest replied on 16 minutes, as a quick penalty by the visitors saw Chris Atkins go over for an unconverted try to make it 10-5.
Six minutes after the half-term break Ratcliffe collected the ball from the scrum then powered through for Scarborough's third try.
He then added the conversion to pull his side into a 17-5 lead.
Just two minutes later the lead became 22-5 as Jonty Holloway collected the ball out wide, following a neat combination with Tom Harrison, and dived over in the corner. The conversion was missed by Ratcliffe.

Hide AdThe superb start to the second half continued for Scarborough as they secured their bonus-point on 54 minutes as Luke Brown powered his way over following good build-up play. Ratcliffe converting to put the hosts 29-5 clear.
Two minutes from time Ratcliffe kicked over the top, the bounce fooled the West full-back and Harrison fell on the ball to score, Ratcliffe converting to make it 36-5.
In the final minute the visitors scored an unconverted try through Liam Bailey, and they then scored another shortly, Lewis Scott racing through to score.as West pulled it back to 36-15.
