Trust helping pair make some dough as bakers
The Trust’s Enterprise programme helps 18-30 year olds break out of the cycle of unemployment by becoming their own bosses.
Friends and business partners Jasmine Melville, 27 and Jack Boston 28 were unemployed and drifting between temping jobs before getting in touch with The Prince’s Trust.

Starting off by training in a local bakery, Jasmine and Jack learned their craft over three months, improving their skills and gaining invaluable experience.
Jasmine’s mum pointed them towards the Enterprise programme – a free course which provides unemployed young people with advice on everything from marketing to finance.
With help from The Trust, they soon got to grips with transforming their ideas on paper into a business.
Enterprise gave the pair the boost they needed and The Local Loaf Bakery was born.
